I am a relationship coach specializing in supporting ethically non-monogamous (ENM) couples, including swingers and the ENM-curious. Trained in both life and relationship coaching, I help couples navigate and engage the swinging and non-monogamous community in the healthiest of ways. I hold the perspective that non-monogamous relationships share the same foundations of any healthy relationship, however, they need to operate at a higher level of health to accommodate the additional complexities. I also bring personal experience to my coaching having been married for 19+ years and ENM (swingers) for the last 6 years. I offer coaching and practical advice grounded in my own life as well as professional training. I have also written a book, For Better or Even Better: 7 Lessons on Love & Life from a Non-Monogamist, which released January of '25.
My approach aims to help couples build their ideal relationship, regardless of whether or how many others it includes. While my coaching is, of course, driven by my clients unique relationship, I also layer in practical advice about the dynamics and logistics of the ENM communities.
