Spirituality is at the core of every human activity. Sexuality is a way to touch the divine. Many struggle to reach this level consistently due to blocks, usually traumatic block of many kinds. I assist persons in locating limiting beliefs as well learn how to get better at feeling, which are often the blocks that prevent the ultimate expressions of sexuality. My interventions involve reconnecting to the body at a pace that makes sense to the person's nervous system. Utilizing interventions that are individualized is necessary for therapeutic interventions.
