Hello, and thank you for visiting my profile. I am passionate about the value that therapy can offer us as individuals navigating a complex world. I have been in practice for ten years, and have had the privilege of working with a multitude of clients and presenting issues throughout my career. I work with clients age 18 + in private practice, and work with individuals, couples and intimate partners. I am an expert in sex and relationship therapy, alongside being a highly experienced counsellor and psychotherapist. I offer a personalised therapy approach tailored to the individual needs of each client. 

My aim is to build a safe and trusting environment, guiding clients through an exploration of their thoughts, feelings, and behaviours. I also support clients in developing new skills and strategies to improve their lives, whatever this may look like for them. My approach is warm, compassionate, and non-judgemental but with a willingness to engage in supportive challenge with my clients. I strive to empower clients to make choices and changes that will lead to a more fulfilling life and working towards their desired outcomes for the work. 

My specialism is in sex and sexual experiences, as well as relationship therapy. I practice as an affirmative and inclusive therapist, which means that I work with all gender identities, sexual orientations, sexualities and relationship constellations. I am passionate about supporting people to explore and understand their sexual worlds, to work through challenges and generate meaningful and joyful experiences.
