MARA RAFFAELE

I define myself as a ‘Woman in Constant Construction’. I love creating community among women and spaces for collective growth, where we can listen to each other, resonate, and understand ourselves from a more integrative and loving perspective. 

My personal experiences, my inexperience, and my curiosity ignited my purest desires to get to know myself and to train in emotional management and sexuality from a young age. I have trained in very different disciplines, which are increasingly interconnected: personal coaching, neuro-linguistic programming, hypnosis, meditation, sexual energy, and conscious sexuality. I have learned to use these tools to know myself on a deeper level, to accept myself, and to offer my experiences and learnings from a personal, real, and authentic experience, without any disguise and open to expanding consciousness. In this way, day by day, I achieve a greater expansion of consciousness, leaving behind my own prejudices, liberating myself, and re-educating women, men, and couples. I like to go deeper, to delve into and embrace the shadows. The more open we are to recognizing our darker parts, the more rewards we will reap, and the better we will feel. 

I choose to live my life from a place of emotional responsibility, as I feel it, and with much love. If you allow me, I would like to assist you in living your own personal and sexual experiences without fears or limiting beliefs, and thus experience a life in fullness connected with your own desire.
