You don't have to be alone with what you're dealing with. You can have more calm and peace in your body, mind, and relationships. Move past places where you're stuck and connect more deeply with yourself and life, for a more authentic and fulfilling life. You have a very safe, non-judgmental space to talk with me about anything. I've been told many times that in working with me, people can open up with me in ways that they haven't ever been able to before, that I have a calming effect, and that working with me is life-changing. 

Come experience this safe and supportive space. My passions are supporting people with relationships and sexuality, calming the nervous system, and supporting with various life matters. Learn how to communicate. Quiet the mind and connect more with the body. Release guilt and shame. I support with issues specific to women, specific to men, specific to LGBTQ+ clients, and also issues common to everyone. I offer a safe, informed space on matters of Consensual Non-Monogamy (e.g. polyamory), kink, and other less common sexualities. I am also anti-racist, and I strive for cultural competency. I utilize traditional tools like talking and asking insightful questions, but I also use other tools such as mindfulness and breathing.
