Erica Leroye

Erica Leroye, M.Ed (she/her/they) is the Founder and "Chief Erotic Officer" of Creative Body Release, a philosophy and methodology that is built upon 30+ years of body/mind training and educational expertise. Erica is a Certified Sexological Bodyworker, Human Development Specialist, Healing Arts professional, and Erotic Artist/Educator. 

After the death of her fiancee to undiagnosed diabetes, her life's mission of De-Mystifying the International Erectile Epidemic using research-based best practices from multiple disciplines, common sense, and a knowing splash of women's intuition has been the daily path she walks as advocate, guide, practitioner, lover, mother, and friend. Erica's unique method for working with arousal and erectile issues (in all gender identities) is founded on a deep understanding of the developmental trajectory of the sensory-motor system, family systems, and the body/mind challenges of "going with the flow" when it comes to moving through stressful life realities. 

Erica's specialty is breaking down the complex systems that all need to work harmoniously for robust sexual function and teaching them in ways that are individualized, practical, and sustainable. Since 2020 Erica has perfected her ability to take her years of hands-on work and successfully transfer that knowledge through the digital realm. CBR incorporates dance and movement education, sexological bodywork (especially masturbation coaching), cranial-sacral unwinding, polarity, reflexology, embodied relaxation and mindset and mind-fullness techniques, creative visualization, postural ergonomics, fascial awareness, compassion, practicality, and fun! 

Over the past 12 years of working almost exclusively with cis-men, she has had the honor and privilege to witness the vulnerability, anxieties, fears, and frustrations that come with changes in sexual function and share in the joy and excitement that comes when the "aha!" happens and levity returns. As a lifelong movement educator, Erica's approach to sexual performance coaching is rooted in the basic understandings that come from the worlds of professional sport and dance: 1)You must TRAIN for the activity you want to be good at, and sex is, at its core, a movement activity 2) Optimal sexual performance can be achieved when the mind and body align into "flow state" and 3) A coach's role is to understand the baseline, set realistic goals, tailor feedback, provide inspiration, hold you accountable, and celebrate your achievements as you level up your game. 

Erica's offers one-one, couples, and polycule sessions as well as group workshops on a variety of sexuality topics beyond erectile health. Erica enjoys working as part of a care team of therapists and professionals and also offers mentoring and consultations to those newer to the field who want to deepen their own work and understanding of how they can incorporate this holistic approach to embodied sexuality into their own practices.
